Some sexual or relationship concerns are shared, and it can be helpful when everyone involved is willing to participate. However, this is not always possible. Sometimes one person may feel more ready to begin reflecting, learning, or making changes. From a relational and systemic perspective, shifts in one person's awareness, communication, boundaries, or behaviour may influence the wider relationship dynamic. However, this does not guarantee change in another person or in the relationship as a whole. We can discuss which format may be most appropriate for your situation during the initial session or discovery call.
